1 1/2 lbskinned and boned chicken thighs
1 tbspolvie oil
1 cupketchup
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1 tbspWorchestshire sauce
1 tbspcider vinegar
1 tbspyellow mustard
1 tspground red pepper
1/2 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspsalt
6dill pickle slices
6burger buns

Steps

Brown chicken 4 minutes on each side in 1 T hot oil in a large skillet over med-hi heat. Remove from heat and place in a 4 quart slow cooker.

Combine ketchup and next 6 ingredients. Pour over chicken.

Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 hours.

Shred chicken. Spoon mixture on buns and top with dill pickle slices.
