1 canred kidney beans
1 cangarbanzo beans
1 canblack beans
1 cuptaco sauce
2 cupsharp cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 tbspsour cream

Drain all cans of beans and add to crockpot

Add taco sauce stir and leave on low for 1 hour

Once cooked top with cheddar cheese and a dab of sour cream
