Steps

Preheat oven to 375°

Work crescent dough into a thin circle, enough to cover the wheel of cheese.

Place cheese wheel in center of dough. With a fork, poke holes in the top of the brie.

Slowly pour pepper sauce over the top of the cheese. Fold second crescent dough over the top of the cheese, working it together.

Brush edges with a beaten egg to seal.

Bake for 10 minutes. Do not overcook it or the cheese will run. Serve immediately with crackers.
