  • 4Strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 cupShredded colby jack cheese
  • 2 tbspRed onion diced
  • 3/4 cupMayo
  • 1 tbspCider vinegar
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 2 cupUncooked Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces

  1. 1

    Add broccoli, onion, bacon, and cheese to medium bowl.

  2. 2

    In seperate bowl add mayo, vinegar, and sugar. Combine.

  3. 3

    Poor over broccoli mix. Stir to combine. Refridgerate for 2 or more hours until ready to serve.
