  • 1 tbsponion powder
  • 1 tbsporange peel seasoning
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tsppaprika
  • 1salt and pepper

    Marinate chicken in bourbon for 4-48 hours.

  2. 2

    Pat chicken dry. Season. Grill, saute, or roast until thermometer reaches 165° or juices run clear.

    Variations; Celery seed, vinegar, mustard, bacon, thyme, Italian seasoning, honey
