Ingredients

1chicken breasts
1frozen butter slices
1assorted fresh chopped herbs (I used basil, rosemary, parsley and chives
1bread crumbs
1egg wash
1canola oil
1salt and pepper
1sliced lemon

Steps

Create a hole in each chicken breast.

Roll butter in herbs and place in hole. Secure with tooth picks.

Place chicken in egg wash and then roll in bread crumbs mixed with salt and pepper.

Fry in oil until golden brown.

Squeeze lemon over top.

Don't forget to take out the tooth picks before serving!
