Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsricotta cheese
  2. 200 gramsbutter
  3. 200 gramsall-purpose flour
  4. 1sugar for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the flour.butter and the ricotta till you obtain an homogeneous dough

  2. 2

    In a well-floured surface.roll the dough out and start making your own shape

    Bake it at 150°C for 35 minutes or till golden
