Pineapple Rings With Coconut

Open can with pineapples. Place each pineapple circle into paper towel to drain from syrup.

Roll out the dough thingy. Cut the dough into long strips

Take a dough strip and wrap around the pineapple circle going through the hole until it all covered.
If one strip is not enough, use several - 4
Place pineapple circles covered with dough into baking pan greased with oil

With cooking brush cover each pineapple with beaten egg

Sprinkle coconut on top of each

Bake until golden (350-370. F) 20-25 min
