  1. 100 gm paneer (cut in the shape of fingers)
  2. 8-10 stripsbell peppers (red, yellow and green)
  3. 1onion(sliced),
  4. 1-2green chill(slit)
  5. 1/2 cupgram flower
  6. 1 tbspoon chat masala powder
  7. 1/2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  8. To tastesalt
  9. To tastesugar
  10. 1/4 cup water
  11. As neededoil for frying
  12. 1 piecelemon

    At first prepare a batter with gram flour salt, chat masala powder,sugar, chilli powder and water

    Now coat the paneer fingers with the batter

    Heat a pan add oil and fry the paneer fingers

    Fry onions and the bell peppers with salt

    Place​ the paneer fingers on a serving dish

    Garnish it with the fried veges

    Serve it with the slit green chilli and a piece of lemon
