Ok, can we talk about sheet pan dinners? They’re so easy and the reward is so high!This soup is sort of a sheet pan meal because all you do is dump some produce on a tray, roast them and then add them to a blender with few more ingredients. Biggest ROIThe amounts are approximations. Use your judgement and taste often.

This cheesy sandwich is baked in the oven with no oil. You can use any pesto or my low fat basil pesto recipe. Using sprouted wheat bread makes it more healthy. I prefer the Silver Mills breads over Ezekiel. 12 grams of protein in 2 slices.

Cheap easy soup 🍜. It’s easier this way instead of buying big cans of soup or lots of little cans. I love Tomato soup and grilled cheeses for dinner. A quick and easy dinner for me and everyone loves it.

This is an inexpensive and easy way to warm you up on a cold day. And its fun for kids.
