Ingredients

1 hour
3 servings
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1/2onion, chopped
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 1/2 lbflank steak

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Mix marinade ingredients and pour into gallon sized zip lock bag and as steak.

  2. 2

    Marinade 30 + min or overnight

  3. 3

    Remove steak from marinade and shake off extra. Save marinade and brush on a few times while grilling.

  4. 4

    Grill on hot grill for approx 20 min for medium- well. Instant read thermometer should read 150°

  5. 5

    Let rest a few min before eating
