Sunflower Wild Bird Treat

Place all dry ingredients into a large bowl.

Add peanut butter and water.

Mix well.

Add more water if necessary to make the dough stiff.

Spread into a 9 X 13 inch pan.

Cut into 2 inch by 4 inch bars.
- 7
Leave bars in the pan before cooking.
- 8
Bake at 250° for 20 minutes.

Leave bars in pan to cool.
- 10
Cut into bars along cut lines.
- 11
Feed birds 1 or 2 bars.
- 12
Keep the rest of the bars refrigerated until needed.

I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
