I browsing some recipe for apples then I came up to this! at first I see some Apple recipe that used by their own flavored juices like: lemon juice, orange juice, and etc.. And then I came to think of somethinv bitter! :)) and poof! ENJOY!!

Wash the apples and peeled it and remove the seeds and Cut into moon shapes.

In a small pot, add the water and butter mix it througly until the butter melts into the water, add the sugar and apples, mix until the apple and sugar combine, lastly add the brandy..

I used small amount of cornstarch to thicken it. Just a small for not over thickening it, :)) HAPPY EATING EVERYONE!!
