Ingredients

  • 1 lbimitation crab meat
  • 1large jalepeno
  • 2stalks of celery
  • 1 cupshredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 4small green onions
  • 1 tbsppaprika

    Dice up jalepeno, celery, and onions. Add everything in bowl and stir up. Refridgerate. Serve with crackers or on toasted bread as a sandwich.
