Steps

Parboil rice for 10minutes.drain the water and wash.

Parboil rice i used honey beans is sweeter and boils faster.boil for 15minutes.drain the water and wash.

Blend tomatoes and tatasi.btatasi.but first remove the seeds inside the tatasi before blending.

Slice the onion,grate the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Boil the blended tomatoes and tatasi for at least 20minutes.pour in the vegetable oil and fry with continuous stirring.

Cut and wash the fish with vinegar.

Boil with thyme,salt,curry and 1 maggi cube.

Boil for 3minutes with quarter cup of water.

Slice onion and pour inside the frying tomatoes.

Fry for another 2minutes and pour in the fish stock.add more water.

Boil for 3minutes,add salt,maggi,ginger,garlic and crayfish.

Boil for 2minutes and pour the beans.stir with a wooden spoon.and cover to boil.

Boil for 5minutes check the seed of the beans to make sure is soft.

Pour in the rice,add more water and stir very well.cover to boil.

As is boiling pour in the sachet of mixed spice.

Boil for 10minutes or more onces both seeds of rice and the beans is down and the water has dried.food is ready.
