Keep poha to sunlight for 3_4 hours to get crunchy taste

Heat oil in a large kadai or pan. Keep the flame low. Put mustard, allow to splutter then add green chillies, jeera, curry leaves, hing, broken red chillies, & add dry coconut powder or thin pieces, & stir it then add peanuts, split chickpeas let it roast then add raisins & broken cashew nuts, add salt and sugar switch of the gas stove. Add poha & mix it well. This is tea time evening snack
