  • Tumeric
  • 1 cuppeas
  • I cup of rice
  • Onions
  • Carrots
  • Red pepper
  • 10 mlrice

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a sufuria.

  2. 2

    Add onion, grated carrot, 1 teaspoon of tumeric powder,red pepper; cook 5 minutes or until tender

  3. 3

    Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in rice and peas; cover. Simmer 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
