A successful day starts with a healthy breakfast therefore this time I chose to go the traditional way and have arrowroots for breakfast.

Peal the arrowroots put them in a sufuria of water then sprinkle salt

Cover with a carton paper and a lid then put on the jiko and leave it to boil slowly
- 3
You can use a cooking stick to stick on the arrowroots to see if they are ready or not
- 4
When soft and ready remove them then slice them into circles and place then on a plate served with fried eggs and tomatoes for garnishing.
