I learnt this new recipe from a friend and decided to surprise my guests

Put water in a sufuria then add the mala

Leave it boil

When starts to boil add small amounts of flour then stir

Continue to add and stir until it is firm and the dough is formed

Reduce heat and let it to cook slowly, ensure to turn so both sides can get the heat to enable it to cook well

When ready remove from the heat and put on a plate

Best served hot.
