Cooking Instructions

Heat the non stick pan on which you are going to make the pancake

Mix the first 3 ingredients and beat till it becomes smooth

Add 1 tablespoon of butter on the pan. Add half of the pancake mixture
- 4
Add 1/2 cup of blueberry on top of the pan cake. Let it cook for few minutes. Until it is golden brown on the heat side. Turn it over for 2 minutes. Your first pan cake is ready
- 5
Repeat 3 &4 with the rest of the ingredients for the second pancake
