  4. 1 tbspcoconut oil any oil (but try to opt for healthy one eg. olive oil)
  5. optional
  6. 1/2 tsphoney
  7. 1/2 tspflaxseed
  8. 1/2 tspsesame seeds

  1. 1

    Boil sweet potato.

    Heat pan with oil whilst sweet potato boil

    Once sweet potato boil and shred, crack a egg, mix sweet potato, flaxseeds and sesame seeds
