I have some balance buttermilk and blueberries . I feel like eating homemade self mix pancake... So I made these pancake for our breakfast this morning. It was so nice and fluffy and we forget to take more pictures

I have some balance buttermilk and blueberries . I feel like eating homemade self mix pancake... So I made these pancake for our breakfast this morning. It was so nice and fluffy and we forget to take more pictures

Mix well all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl

Mix buttermilk, egg, butter well

Add the mixture to dry ingredients to mix well. Avoid over mix

Heat up the frying pan

Pour some batter to the pan to cook over medium fire
- 6
Flip over when u see all bubble holes cooked
- 7
Another min... Voila, it's done
