Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmilk
  2. 1/2nestle milk powder
  3. 1 cupcocunut powder(grinded in grinder)
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1 spoonellachi powder
  6. 3-4Almondsfor decoration
  7. 10-12Red food colour drops

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a kadai.Add milk with some malai in it to kadai.

  2. 2

    Add milk powder and stir.

  3. 3

    Dont let lumps to form.Cook on low flame.After 10-15 min.add cocunut and finally add sugar and ellachi powder.Cook again for 10min on low flame.

  4. 4

    Now let milk evaporates completely.Take the mixture out from the kadai and add red food colour to it.

  5. 5

    Spread the mixture over chakla or flat plate.Keep in freezer for 10 min.

  6. 6

    Take a cutter and cut in heart shape. Now spread grated cocunut powder on sides.Finally spread grated badam on top.

  7. 7

    Your sweet heart cocunut barfi is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!
