Take a kadai.Add milk with some malai in it to kadai.

Add milk powder and stir.

Dont let lumps to form.Cook on low flame.After 10-15 min.add cocunut and finally add sugar and ellachi powder.Cook again for 10min on low flame.

Now let milk evaporates completely.Take the mixture out from the kadai and add red food colour to it.

Spread the mixture over chakla or flat plate.Keep in freezer for 10 min.

Take a cutter and cut in heart shape. Now spread grated cocunut powder on sides.Finally spread grated badam on top.

Your sweet heart cocunut barfi is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!
