  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 mediumonion
  • 2 tbspFlour
  • 1 quartMilk
  • 1Pepper, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook potatoes and onions in 2 quarts of salted water, until tender.

  2. 2

    Mix milk and flour, add butter to potatoes and then add milk mixture.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat, simmer until desired thickness.
