  • 1onion bulb(chopped)
  • 4fresh pepper(grounded)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Halfcup of G/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk your eggs in a clean bowl

  2. 2

    Add onion and pepper then stir For 1min

  3. 3

    Add salt to taste

  4. 4

    Get a clean pot, place on heat add Groundnut oil

  5. 5

    Allow to heat for 1mint.

  6. 6

    Stir the egg and pour into the oil

  7. 7

    Allow the both side to fry for 1min. Then turn off the heat

  8. 8

    Fried egg is ready
