Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1/2 cupcornstarch
  2. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1 cupall purpose flour
  4. 3/4 cupmargarine
  5. 1 tspvanilla bean paste (optional)

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    preheat oven to 300°F

  2. 2

    in medium bowl and wooden spoon cream the above ingredients.

  3. 3

    Roll into 1 inch balls and place one to two inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, cookies will not spread

  4. 4

    flatten with fork dipped in sugar

  5. 5

    bake 20 to 30 minutes until edges start to turn golden
