Finely chop one onion and fry it to golden brown with 2 tbsp margarine. Add the washed rice and add the water. Add the coconut powder wait the rice to cook.

On another saucepan cooking oil and fry the remaining chopped onion till golden brown. Add the cut potatoes and cover it to cook a bit.

Add the french beans, carrots, tomatoes and courgette and cover them to cook.

If cooked add some water and let it boil.

If food is ready now serve and enjoy the meal.
