  • 1 eachonion, diced
  • 1 eachgreen pepper diced
  • 2 clovegarlic
  • 4 cupwhite rice
  • 2 eachsmoked sausage chopped
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 tspgarlic salt
  • 1 tspseason salt
  • 1 dashsoy sauce
  • 1 dashsherry cooking wine

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    On medium heat Sautee peppers, and onions 4 mins add garlic sautee 1 min.

  2. 2

    Add sausage, seasonings, soy sauce, and sherry. Add black beans if you choose. Reduce heat to med low.

  3. 3

    Make rice according to the box when done mix and enjoy.
