1 eachgreen pepper diced
2 clovegarlic
4 cupwhite rice
2 eachsmoked sausage chopped
1 canblack beans
1 tspgarlic salt
1 tspseason salt
1 dashsoy sauce
1 dashsherry cooking wine

On medium heat Sautee peppers, and onions 4 mins add garlic sautee 1 min.

Add sausage, seasonings, soy sauce, and sherry. Add black beans if you choose. Reduce heat to med low.

Make rice according to the box when done mix and enjoy.
