  1. 1 eachonion, diced
  2. 1 eachgreen pepper diced
  3. 2 clovegarlic
  4. 4 cupwhite rice
  5. 2 eachsmoked sausage chopped
  6. 1 canblack beans
  7. 1 tspgarlic salt
  8. 1 tspseason salt
  9. 1 dashsoy sauce
  10. 1 dashsherry cooking wine

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    On medium heat Sautee peppers, and onions 4 mins add garlic sautee 1 min.

    Add sausage, seasonings, soy sauce, and sherry. Add black beans if you choose. Reduce heat to med low.

  3. 3

    Make rice according to the box when done mix and enjoy.
