Ingredients

  1. 2avocados, skinned and cut into 8 slices
  2. 5 tbspGreek yogurt or similar
  3. 2 tbspgrated parmesan
  4. 7 tbspPolenta/corn meal
  5. 3 tspgarlic powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. 2

    Mix your dry ingredients together.

  3. 3

    Dip a slice of avocado in the yogurt. Make sure it is a thin layer.

  4. 4

    Dip your yogurt coated avocado slice into your dry mix.

  5. 5

    Place on a baking tray sprayed with baking spray.

  6. 6

    Repeat.

  7. 7

    Bake for 30 minutes.

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy! I had mine with sour cream, but I think a tomato sauce would work best as a dipping sauce.
