boil egg noodle in separate pan, 6 mins, drain and rest.

while chicken cooks chop, spring onions, peppers, onion, chilli and garlic and ginger

add ginger and garlic to chicken

add red onion, red and orange peppers, celery, chilli, reduce heat and simmer for 10 mibs

add pepper and seasoning

add drained chopped tomatoes

add noodles, stir and serve
