Ingredients

  • 75 gramsCheddar Cheese
  • 25 gramsSalted Butter
  • 25 gramsPlain Flour
  • 250 mlSemi-Skimmed Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate the cheese into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Place the butter, flour and milk into a small saucepan.

  3. 3

    Bring the sauce to boil whisking it all the time until it has thickened

  4. 4

    Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Stir in the grated cheese.
