Finely crush cookies in food processor

add sweetened milk and thick cream to the cookies and mix. This should be kinda gooey looking not dry . You may need to add more sweetened milk. You have to mix it really good.

put in freezer for about and hour or 2 .

now spread the nutella on top and then sprinkle with crushed nuts or fine toffee bits. ENJOY :)
