  1. 6 largecarrots
  2. 2 tspchopped sun dried tomatoes
  3. 1 tbspmargerine/butter
  4. 1 tspdill weed
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 1/4 tspsalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Chop up carrots into 1/2 inch slices

  2. 2

    Boil carrots until soft (about 10 minutes)

  3. 3

    Drain carrots and move to medium bowl

  4. 4

    Add all other ingredients to bowl and stir until well mixed
