Its feel so good after you cook! I like using using lemon everytime i cook as it gives so much taste and a smell of craving for food. Wow! I cant believe i cook like this. Its just my way of cooking.
I thought its good for 4 servings but it end up enough for two as my partner eat it all!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 piecebreast part of chicken
  2. 2 piecebig potato
  3. 2 cupmix frozen vegies ( bought in supermarket)
  4. 1 piecesmall yellow onion
  5. 2 clovegarlic
  6. 1/2 piecered bell pepper
  7. salt
  8. 1/2 slicelemon
  9. light soy sauce
  10. sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice chicken into bite size, soak with lemon juice, light soy sauce for an hour.

  2. 2

    Prepare all ingredients. Soak slice potato in water for half an hour. Left a bit water before cooking.

  3. 3

    In a pan heat one tablespoon vegetable oil saute garlic, onion and red bell pepper then add chicken. Stir then add potato(w/ water) and other vegies. Add some salt, sugar and additional soy sauce to taste. Let it cook for about 25-30 minutes or as desired tenderness.

    Serve with steam rice.
