Ingredients

1 hour 15 mins
8 servings
  • 2 lbground beef (80/20)
  • 8 ozfresh spinach (chopped)
  • 8 ozmushrooms (chopped)
  • 26 ozpasta sauce (I use mock marinara, will post the recipe seperately)
  • 2 tbsphorseradish
  • 1 tbsplemon pepper
  • 4 tbspItalian seasoning
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1 tbsporegano paste
  • 1 tbspbasil paste
  • 1 packagesno boil lasagna noodles
  • 32 ozmozarella
  • 16 ozmonterey cheese
  • 16 ozItalian Blend cheese
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • 2eggs
  • 24 ozRicotta (cottage cheese may be used as a substitute, if used you will not need the eggs)

Steps

    Brown ground beef with horseradish, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning.

  2. 2

    Once the meat is browned add in the spinach, mushrooms and remaining seasonings. Cook over medium until mushrooms and spinach have cooked down.

  3. 3

    Whip 2 eggs in a bowl, add in ricotta cheese and parmesan. Mix thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Coat bottom of lasagna pan with marinara. Layer as directed on package of no boil lasagna. I use lots of cheese on each layer.
