Ingredients

  1. 2 lbcarrots, baby
  2. 2 lbbeef roast mock tender roast
  3. 1/3 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  4. 1/4 cupsalt half table salt , half celery salt
  5. 1/4 cupgranulated garlic powder
  6. 1 pintsbeef broth low sodium no msg added
  7. 1 1/2 tbspground black pepper
  8. 2 tbspHungarian paprika
  9. 1/2 largesweet onion
  10. 1/4 cupmargarine
  11. 1/4 cupap flour
  12. 1 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Add carrots olive oil and onion

    Lay meat on top season everything cook for 45 minutes till done the last 15 minutes add water bring to boil mix flour and margarine add to liquid to thicken to make gravy enjoy

Just reading threw your recipe sounds and looks delish. But what kind of cut is "mock tender roast" please let me know I would love to try to make your recipe thank you
