Auspicious Chicken - Bell Pepper Chicken Strips Auspicious Chicken - Bell Pepper Chicken Strips
During the New Year, are you tired of heavy dishes? Try making a dish with vibrant red and bright yellow, paired with green vegetables. Not only does it look delightful, but bell peppers are also rich in vitamin C and beta-carotene, more than twice that of oranges! Plus, bell peppers are low in calories, with only about 23-34 calories per 100 grams, making them ideal for diabetics or those looking to lose weight.阿文

Fried Chicken Strips Fried Chicken Strips
This is my husband's and my youngest son's favorite! I started making fried chicken in the 60's. I learned that it is almost impossible to make crispy chicken in light weight non-stick pans. You need a heavy or weighted pan that will conduct the heat and hold temperature. sandra53 -

Pak Choi with Chicken Strips Pak Choi with Chicken Strips
Pak choi, also known as Chinese cabbage, has been consumed since the 5th century in southern China and has become very common in European cuisine. It tastes similar to broccoli and Swiss chard, and is also known as bok choy. The large green leaves taper into white stalks, which are crunchy and flavorful. It is usually eaten raw and is excellent when stir-fried because the leaves cook quickly, contrasting with the crunchy stalk. For this recipe, I must credit @rosso_rubinian. The only change I made was substituting chicken strips for turkey strips and adding poppy seeds. To prepare it, I thinly sliced the chicken breast, cooked it quickly in vegetable oil, added the washed and chopped pak choi, then added salt and soy sauce at the end. The cooking must be very quick; it's important that the stalk remains crunchy. I plated it and finished with sesame and poppy seeds and a grind of fresh pepper. Here is a very tasty and quick-to-prepare main dish, ideal for this time of year. Francesca DiomedeTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
Sweet Glazed Chicken Tenders Sweet Glazed Chicken Tenders
This simply came about from wanting to make my son chicken Tenders for dinner, and wanting to make them kind of barbecue flavored without the extra kick that my usual homemade sauce has. So simple and tasty! StephieCanCook -
