Ingredients

  1. 2 lbMedium Size Shrimp
  2. 1 stickButter
  3. 1 tspGround Black Pepper
  4. 1/2 tspWhite Pepper
  5. 1/4 tspCayenne Pepper
  6. 1/2 cupWhite Wine

Steps

    Preheat oven to 450º

  2. 2

    Chop up half stick of butter & place in cooking tray

  3. 3

    Add shrimp evenly in tray with shells on ..do not remove shrimp shells

  4. 4

    Add white wine to tray

  5. 5

    Chop up other half stick of butter & disribute evenly over shrimp

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the 3 types of peppers over the shrimp & butter

  7. 7

    Place in oven until shrimp turn color...should take 15 minutes...depending on the size of the shrimp

  8. 8

    Pour into bowl with the excess butter & pepper from the bottom of the tray

  9. 9

    Peel shell off shrimp & dip into excess pepper butter if desired & don't forget to suck on ur fingers...lol
