Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesChicken Flavored Stuffing
  2. 1 cancondensed cream of chicken soup
  3. 1 tbspprepared, Dijon Mustard
  4. 4Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  5. 3 cupFresh/Frozen Broccoli florets
  6. 2 cupCooked, Chopped Ham(Canadian Bacon)
  7. 6 sliceExtra thin Swiss Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Chicken into Bite Size pieces, and cook them in a small amount of Olive Oil. Season to your taste.

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 375

  3. 3

    Prepare stuffing as directed on package

  4. 4

    Mix Soup and Mustard in Medium bowl.

  5. 5

    Stir in Chicken, Broccoli and ham. (I would only use 1 Cup of Canadian Bacon. It was a little over powering flavor of Ham with 2 Cups.

  6. 6

    Spoon into 2 quart Casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray

  7. 7

    Top with Cheese slices

  8. 8

    Top with Prepared stuffing

  9. 9

    Bake 35 - 40 Minutes or until heated through.
