Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbground beef
  • 1 largeonion chopped fine
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 2 lbbox velveeta cheese
  • 1 can10 . oz rotel oringinal diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    brown ground beef in frying pan. ,add the next 4 ingredients.untill cook.

    in a crock pot put in velveeta cheese cubed, milk and rotel .....add cooked ground beef, on low heat

    stir until melted, then trun crock pot on warm setting to keep warm. done and serve.
