Ingredients

1Sliced Onion
1 3/4 cupChicken stock or broth
1 tbspFull grain mustard
2 tbspWhisky
250 gramsSliced mushrooms
2 tbspButter
1Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

Melt butter and cook mushroom and onions until soft.
Add chicken broth, mustard and whisky
Season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 2 minutes
