I was making hamburgers for dinner and wanted a mushroom sauce that did not use cream or flour. I also wanted something different from the every day old fashioned mushroom sauce.

I was making hamburgers for dinner and wanted a mushroom sauce that did not use cream or flour. I also wanted something different from the every day old fashioned mushroom sauce.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt butter and cook mushroom and onions until soft.
Add chicken broth, mustard and whisky
Season with salt and pepper
Simmer for 2 minutes
