Ingredients

  1. 1Sliced Onion
  2. 1 3/4 cupChicken stock or broth
  3. 1 tbspFull grain mustard
  4. 2 tbspWhisky
  5. 250 gramsSliced mushrooms
  6. 2 tbspButter
  7. 1Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and cook mushroom and onions until soft.
    Add chicken broth, mustard and whisky
    Season with salt and pepper
    Simmer for 2 minutes
