Ingredients: 1 lb ground Venison burger; 1/4 cup minced onion; 1 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1 dash Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp ketchup; 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs; 1 to 2 spoons of prepared Horseradish; 1/2 tsp ground sage; 4 slice of bacon; 4 slice of cheese ( your choice); 4 buns, lettuce, and tomato, etc.

1 lbground Venison burger
1/4 cupminced onion
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspblack pepper
1 dashWorcestershire sauce
1 tbspketchup
1/2 cupseasoned bread crumbs
1to 2 spoons of prepared Horseradish
1/2 tspground sage
4 sliceof bacon
4 sliceof cheese ( your choice)
4buns, lettuce, and tomato, etc.

mix venison WELL with first 8 ingredients.

shape mixture into patties.

wrap a strip of bacon around outside of each patties and secure with a toothpick

grill, broil, or pan sear each patty until done, about 10 min.

melt cheese on top and serve on bin with choice of condiments.
