Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 2garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbspfinely chopped pitted kalamata olives

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat all ingredients in a skillet over medium heat until bubbling and fragrant. This should take about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cool to room temperature before serving.

  3. 3

    I serve this with crusty bread.

  4. 4

    The oil can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. Let the oil come to room temperature befor serving.

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old. I volunteer for a dog rescue and a shelter, as well as other festivals and organizations.
