Steps

Heat a pan add drained rice and 4 cups of milk and let it come to boil.

Take custard powder in a bowl add the remaining milk and whisk.

Add the custard powder mixture to the kheer once the rice is cooked. Stir well. Cook till thick.

Add the sugar and stir till all the sugar dissolved. (adjust sugar for your taste)

Heat ghee in a pan add apple, bananas, orange segments, sweet lime segments and 1 tsp sugar and stir.

Cover and cook on low heat till the fruit soften.

Transfer the stewed fruit into a bowl pour the custard kheer over them.

Garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve
