Ingredients: 3 piece Big Potatoes; 5 tbsp Corn flour; 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder; Salt; Oil for deep frying; 2 Stick Spring Onion; 1 White Onion cut in cube size; 1 Green Bell Pepper cut in cube size; 1 tsp Garlic chopped; 1 tsp Soya Sauce; 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce; 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce; 4 tbsp Organic Honey; 1 tbsp Roasted White Sesame Seeds

Honey Chilli Potato is a Chinese Dish bt very popular in India nowdays.. Youngsters love this cuisine very much.. As a street food it's available everywhere.. My son Yanni love this very much.. Often I make for him.. 😊😍😘💜💜
Though in Chinese cooking they heat honey bt Indian believe honey should not be heated coz its loose all benefit after heating so I never heat honey in fire bt its ur choice.. Taste won't change without heating.. 👍👍👍👍

Ingredients

3 pieceBig Potatoes
5 tbspCorn flour
1 tspRed Chilli Powder
Salt
Oil for deep frying
2Stick Spring Onion
1White Onion cut in cube size
1Green Bell Pepper cut in cube size
1 tspGarlic chopped
1 tspSoya Sauce
1 tbspTomato Sauce
1 tspGreen Chilli Sauce
4 tbspOrganic Honey
1 tbspRoasted White Sesame Seeds

Steps

Peel the potatoes and cut in lengthwise pieces . wash it. Drain all water. Soak in kitchen towel.

Add corn flour lil bit salt and red chilli powder. Coat all potatoes very well.

Deep fry coated potatoes n keep it in tissue paper.

Now heat one tbs oil in another pan. Add garlic chopped.. Saute it n add onion and green bell pepper.. Add salt.. Stir fry till half done in high flame.. not too much soft.

Now add fried potatoes.. Add soya, tomato n chilli sauce.. Mix well.. Stir continuously.. Off the fire.

Now add honey.. Mix well.. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.. Roasted sesame seeds.. Serve hot.
