2 tbspbutter
1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
1 tspalmond extract
2 tbspmilk (approximately)

heat butter over medium heat until foamy and the color of brown sugar.

Remove from heat and add to powdered sugar. Whisk together and add almond extract, then milk. Add more milk if desired for consistency.
