Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2 lbcenter cut porkchops (or whatever porkchops you like)
  2. 1bottle of herb and garlic marinade
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1/2 cupchopped mushrooms
  5. dashper porkchop of red wine vinegar
  6. parsley flakes

  1. 1

    Get a medium-large mixing bowl and put porkchops and the garlic herb marinade together. Mix really well cover and refrigerate at least an hour. (I like it overnight better though)

    Get a baking pan and put porkchops on it. Pour excess marinade from bowl over the porkchops.

    Chop up mushrooms and onions

    Pour onions and mushrooms all over porkchops and add a dash of red wine vinegar over each porkchop

    Bake on 350 for 30 mins for thin/ small porkchops and an hour for thick and/or larger porkchops
